Britain’s Prince of Wales wears Garmin smartwatch and his favorite Omega Seamaster on left and right wrists

Prince William was spotted adopting the fashion for wearing two watches on a visit in January to a food bank in Windsor.

Prince William has been wearing the same Omega Seamaster 300m, a gift from his late mother, Princess Diana, for over 20 years.

Which makes the appearance of a Garmin smartwatch on his right wrist all the more noteworthy.

The Prince of Wales was spotted adopting the fashion for wearing two watches on a visit in January to a food bank in Windsor.

Perhaps, after turning 40 last year, the future monarch is monitoring his mid-life health and wellness more closely.

The Garmin Forerunner 245 is the perfect piece of kit for the job.

Retailing for a less than princely $300, the smartwatch is far more than just a step counter.

It has an onboard training coach with suggestions for peak health and fitness; sports apps that know what exercise you are up to and monitors tracking heart health, blood oxygen levels, stress and even a person’s body battery.

It will display incoming messages and all data is stored and shareable via the Garmin app.
