Bell & Ross has announced a new partnership with Defender Rally, becoming the team’s Official Timing Partner as it competes in the World Rally-Raid Championship (W2RC).
It was ‘lights out, and away we go’ yesterday, as the collaboration first revved its engine at the Dakar Rally 2026 in Saudi Arabia.
As part of the partnership, Bell & Ross will support the Defender Rally across a full calendar of rally-raid events, including upcoming rounds in Portugal, Spain, Argentina, Morocco and the UAE.

The partnership will see on-site activations and double-tap worthy content, with a strong focus on the BR-X3 collection, led by the new BR-X3 Black Titanium. Swapping the brand’s usual cockpit for the driving seat, the watch will be worn by the Defender Rally team during competition – and it’s well primed to take on the most demanding stages of the Saudi desert.
Designed for extreme environments, the watch features a grade 2 titanium case, a COSC-certified manufacture movement and high-contrast legibility, reflecting Bell & Ross’ penchant for precision and robustness (without compromising that instantly recognizable and always chic silhouette).

Carlos Rosillo, co-founder and CEO of Bell & Ross, says: “The Dakar Rally is a symbol of boldness, exploration and pushing beyond one’s limits – values that lie at the very heart of Bell & Ross’ DNA. We are proud to partner with Defender Rally, a team that shares our passion for adventure and our commitment to performance, and to see our watches accompany the drivers throughout this iconic race.”
The partnership aligns naturally with the French brand’s long-standing involvement in high-performance fields, and continues to work closely with partners such as La Patrouille de France and the Rafale Solo Display.
