Panerai used last week’s SIAR show in Mexico City to introduce three new models in its Luminor Luna Rossa family, named after America’s Cup racing team that the watch brand sponsors.

The watches adopt several design elements from the team’s boat including the use of sail material on the dials.

They share high-performance materials found on board the Luna Rossa AC75 such as Carbotech in the Luminor Luna Rossa Regatta and Grade 2 titanium which is used in the Chrono Flyback 44mm and GMT 44mm models.

Each of the watches is equipped with features designed for use in yacht races including a regatta countdown, flyback chronograph and GMT hour hand.

They are bold with black, white and red accents, in line with the Luna Rossa sailing colors.
