Maurice Lacroix customers with a taste for vivid colors can now add a new Aikon Master Grand Date in a choice of eye-popping yellow, green, blue or orange.
The brand went big with bright colors last year with its three-hander Aikons, and is hoping to extend that success in a horologically elevated collection with four limited edition big dates.
Each color is limited to just 50 pieces.
They come in statement 45mm steel cases with black DLC, which contrasts with the bright summer colours of the Clous de Paris-decorated dials, which pair with matching rubber straps or interchangeable bracelets.
Accent colors are also used for the big date at 10 o’clock, a small seconds sub dial and even to liven up an exposed balance wheel that throbs at 8 o’clock.
“The Aikon Master Grand Date Technicolour promises to be the coolest watch this summer. Once again, Maurice Lacroix demonstrates that even serious watches sometimes like to have fun!” the company says.
Recommended retail price is $9,650.
