Hublot Samuel Ross Big Bang Tourbillon gets three new strap colors

50-piece limited edition differs from the original 2022 model only in the range of quick release straps it can be worn with.

British designer, creative director and artist Samuel Ross has added a second Hublot watch to his long list of collaborations that includes products for Apple, Off-White, Oakley, Nike, and Barney’s.

The Swiss watchmaker first signed Mr Ross as brand ambassador in 2020 after he won the Hublot Design Prize a year earlier.

They immediately started work together on their first watch, the Big Bang Tourbillon Samuel Ross, which appeared in 2022.

That bright orange watch was immediately recognizable through the use of honey comb shapes across its skeletonized dial, case and strap.

The honey comb is made from polished, brushed, hammered and perforated titanium plates.

For 2023, the watch design is unchanged, but its head arrives in a grey monochrome look, and it can be bought with a choice of three quick release rubber straps ranging in vivid green to black or white.

The Big Bang Tourbillon SR_A by Samuel Ross is a limited edition of 50 priced at $127,000.
