Glashütte Original reinterprets a classic

The design harks back to the design icons of the decade it is named after.

A modern interpretation of a retro classic is how Glashütte Original is describing its new Seventies Chronograph Panorama Date in Fab Green.

Presented in polished stainless steel, the 40 x 40 mm diameter case with rounded corners harks back to the design icons of the decade it is named after.

The new model comes with a choice of three straps and bracelets: brown-grey nubuck leather, black rubber or stainless steel.

Under the bonnet, the watch is powered by Glashütte Original’s in-house manufactory Calibre 37-02 movement, which gives it almost 70 hours of power reserve and 10 bar water resistance. The movement can be seen through a sapphire crystal case back.

The functions of the watch and movement include: chronograph with stop-second, flyback, 30-minute display and numeric 12-hour display, Panorama Date and power reserve indication.

With its degradé effect, the shimmering ‘Fab Green’ dial, which gives the watch its name, has black indices and hands with Super-LumiNova®, combined with the brand’s signature Panorama Date.

Authentic vintage design with all the modern manufactory magic Glashütte Original is known for, the Seventies Chronograph Panorama Date with ‘Fab Green’ dial ensures time is on your side. Whether standing back to admire the view, standing still for a moment or standing by for the next adventure –stand out in style with the new Seventies Chronograph Panorama Date

The watch will be available from end of May in all Glashütte Original boutiques and from official retailers worldwide.
