First Class Watches launch new responsive website


E-tailer First Class watches has unveiled a brand new responsive website offering more than 60 watch brands.

The UK watch business launched the site to offer the best possible experience to customers browsing using tablets and mobile phones.

Scott Lucas, First Class Watches e-ecommerce manager, said: “With the number of mobile users and shoppers growing year on year, it is important for retailers to ensure the best possible experience for its customers. Our new responsive website puts our customers first by unifying the existing mobile website with a full desktop experience.”

First Class Watches, launched in 2005 by Kenilworth jewellers James Moore & Co, is a family owned and operated business offering more than 5,000 watches from more than 60 brands.

The e-tailer has moved with the times at every opportunity, using self-shot 360 degree photography on its website which also features reviews, price matching and free watch adjustment.
