Bamford in the Pink

British watch business Bamford has its first point of sale on Jermyn Street, London, via a partnership with the banking industry’s favourite shirt maker Thomas Pink.

British watch business Bamford has made a watch in collaboration with upmarket shirt maker Thomas Pink.

Thomas Pink will be selling the limited edition Bamford GMT in titanium at its London store and on online from today.

There are 30 with black dials and 30 with white, both with the Pink logo on the dial.

The signature pink color is used for the watch’s second hand and at the 0 marker on the 24-hour internal bezel, which shows the hour in a second time zone.

“Thomas Pink is the only luxury menswear brand we’ve partnered with. I feel very fortunate to work with such a well-known British label, and really like what they are doing by modernizing the idea of what a contemporary shirt. That approach to design fits perfectly with what we do with watchmaking, so this is a great collaboration,” says Bamford founder George Bamford.

The Bamford x Thomas Pink automatic titanium GMT, housing a Sellita SW330-2, is on sale for £1,700 ($1,700+tax).

It comes boxed on a black fabric strap with an additional black rubber strap that can be swapped without tools.
