Jean-Francois Sberro has stepped down from his role of president of Hublot North America after 14 years with the brand to take up a position at the head of luxury sunglasses brand Jacques Marie Mage.
During his time, Hublot grew from a niche brand within the LVMH stable to one of the top ten luxury marques in the country.
He left on a high, having notched record sales in 2022.
Much of the credit for that growth must go to his replacement as president, Natacha Lamour-Nahim, who joined the business in 2019 as North American retail director and rose to vice-president earlier this year before landing the top job in May.
Ms Lamour-Nahim has spent her career in luxury with roles including general manager in Miami for Tory Burch, East Coast regional manager for Stella McCartney and director of retail stores for The Webster.
She has also been national co-chair of EllesVMH for the past three years, an initiative from LVMH that encourages the professional development of women and aims to have 50% of women in key group positions by 2025 and to eradicate the gender pay gap by the same year.
