Girard Perregaux adds green dial to its bestselling Laureato automatic family

Green is hot right now, and so is GP’s Larueato, so adding the color to its range is a logical commercial move.

We await to see the full extent of what the conscious decoupling of Girard Perregaux from Kering will unleash, but the addition of a green-dialed version of the bestselling 42mm three-hand with date Laureato is a good sign that commercial success will be central to future plans.

The $14,300 watch with Clos de Paris dial comes in a steel case housing GP’s GP01800-2035 automatic movement with 54 hour power reserve — which can be enjoyed thanks to a crystal case back.
