Shinola’s first novelty of 2022 is a Forged Carbon Monster Automatic Dive Watch inspired by the Black Beach of northern Minnesota.
It comes in a 45mm carbon fiber case with a steel core.
Shinola says this makes the watch case five times stronger than steel but 50% lighter.
It has applied polished gunmetal indices with blue lume-filled and cream-tipped hands.
Priced at $2,995, the Forged Carbon Monster comes in a special edition gift set with a black rubber strap and woven orange nylon strap with a leather backing.
