Watches of Switzerland’s top man in America promoted to deputy CEO worldwide for the group

David Hurley has been promoted to president of Watches of Switzerland Group, North America and deputy CEO for the global organization.

David Hurley, executive vice president, US, has been appointed president, Watches of Switzerland Group, North America.

In addition, Mr Hurley has been appointed as deputy CEO of the Group, reflecting the importance of the US market to the growth plans of the Group.

Craig Bolton, executive director, UK, has been appointed president, Watches of Switzerland Group, UK and Europe, while Piaget’s former president and CEO, Chabi Nouri, has joined the board of The Watches of Switzerland Group as a non-executive director.

It is Ms Nouri’s second appointment in recent months, having joined the private equity division of Mirabaud Asset Management as private equity partner advising on the luxury sector.

Ms Nouri has over 20 years’ experience in leading luxury goods companies, most recently as chief executive of Richemont-owned jeweller and watchmaker Piaget for four years.

Previously she held various senior roles in the luxury sector spanning management, retail operations and marketing, including global head of jewellery, and head of retail operations at Cartier.
