Ulysse Nardin has opened its first and only stand-alone American store at The Villa Menlo Park in Silicon Valley.
Partnering with Stephen Silver Fine Jewelry, this new flagship location marks a significant expansion of the brand’s global presence, joining existing boutiques in Geneva, Dubai, and Shanghai.
Yesterday’s official opening featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Ulysse Nardin Chairman and CEO Patrick Pruniaux, President of Ulysse Nardin Americas François-Xavier Hotier, and Stephen Silver Fine Jewelry President Jared Silver.
Guests experienced the boutique’s avant-garde interior design, imagined by Bertrand Fairerol – a space that seamlessly blends Swiss watchmaking heritage with Silicon Valley’s spirit of innovation.
Designed as a ‘white lab’ for collectors, the boutique features sleek, mineral-inspired details, paying homage to Ulysse Nardin’s groundbreaking use of silicon in watchmaking – first introduced in its iconic Freak timepiece in 2001. A striking “Silicon Inside” light installation further connects the space to its high-tech surroundings.
“Our new boutique is a tribute to both our 179-year history and our pioneering advancements in silicon technology,” said Pruniaux. “Partnering with Stephen Silver Fine Jewelry allows us to engage directly with Silicon Valley’s vibrant tech community and watch enthusiasts.”
The Ulysse Nardin boutique is located at The Villa Menlo Park, 500 El Camino Real, and is open Monday to Saturday, 11am to 6pm. Walk-ins and private appointments are welcome.
