London Jewelers opens dedicated Rolex space at its Americana Manhasset flagship

Expansion marks the latest chapter in a story stretching back over 50 years for Rolex and its official jeweler on Long Island.

London Jewelers has opened a new dedicated Rolex space within its showroom at Americana Manhasset on Long Island, NY.

The branded space is the centerpiece of a broader refurbishment and reconfiguration for the London Jewelers flagship, which will occupy 27,000 square feet when it is completed later this year, making it the fifth largest destination jeweler in the United States.

Rolex’s presence has been elevated to a 2,179 square foot space with a double-height frontage and represents a new chapter in the long term partnership between the brand and official jeweler on Long Island.

“Rolex’s unparalleled expertise in the world of fine timepieces, matched with our experience operating in the retail landscape of the Americana Manhasset, makes this the perfect partnership to extend the reach of our brands together,” says Mark Udell, CEO of London Jewelers.

London Jewelers, which celebrates its centenary next year, has been a Rolex partner for over half its life.

“After over 50 years as an Official Rolex Jeweler, we are honored to be taking this next step in partnership,” added Candy Udell, President of London Jewelers. “Our fourth generation – Scott, Randi, and Zach – are excited to continue building our future with Rolex upon the foundation we have established.”

Like all modern Rolex spaces, London Jewelers is matching the precision of the Crown’s watchmaking in the detail and finish of the store design.

The interior combines the aqua green glass of Rolex with natural textures and tones of American walnut and travertine stone.

Features inside pick up details from Rolex watches like the cyclops lens that magnifies dates on their dials or the precise fluting of its bezels.

The expansion has created space for more private areas for consultations but remains connected to the multibrand London Watch Salon.
