AVI-8 has released another watch celebrating a classic video game made by the Japanese firm Capcom.
There was a popular shoot-em-up arcade game launched in the mid-eighties called 1942.
It was based on the Battle of Midway, the US assault on Japanese forces following the attack on Pearl Harbor.
The game was a big success and launched Capcom onto make hit games like Street Fighter and Resident Evil.
There was an earlier AVI-8 Capcom watch, and this new one is a Pixel Limited Edition in a range of shades, all with vivid yellow markings.
The new Flyboy Capcom 1942 Automatic Pixel Limited Edition has three different 3D custom-moulded dial designs, all inspired by the gameplay itself.
It comes in three colors: Silver Ace, Gunmetal Ace, and Midnight Ace.
The watch comes on a five-link stainless steel bracelet and is supplied with an interchangeable hybrid leather/rubber strap.
It has a Japanese automatic movement in a 41mm stainless steel case and is water-resistant to 50m.
It is a limited edition of 1,000 pieces in total across the three styles.
The Flyboy Capcom 1942 Automatic Pixel Limited Edition costs from £375/$375
