Luxury Bazaar donates Rolex Air-King as a prize at tonight’s WatchPro Awards

WatchPro Awards are established as the biggest night of the year for the American watch industry.

The second annual WatchPro Awards take place tonight in New York City, with over 200 leading executives flying in from across the country for the gala dinner.

Fourteen awards will be presented, around half to the country’s leading retailers, the other half to watch brands.

There is also a special Lifetime Achievement Award for a team that has dedicated over five decades to building one of the world’s greatest jewelers.

Adding to the fun on the night is a “Safe Cracker” game with the winner walking away with a Rolex Air-King worth $8,250 donated by luxury pre-owned watch specialist Luxury Bazaar.

Everybody at tonight’s dinner will be given a code that might unlock a safe containing the watch, but only one person will have the correct digits.

Luxury Bazaar, owned by Roman Sharf (250,000 followers on Instagram), also donated a Rolex last year.

Watch winder specialist WOLF provided a safe for the event.

Last year’s watch was won by Gemma Zimmer, Genna Zimmer, vice-president at REEDS Jewelers, who auctioned it for charity.
