BA111OD’s newest creations are a pair of diamond-decorated watches in its Chapter 6 range of ladies’ automatics that are yours for around $1,300.
Both pieces take inspiration from the solar system with one in gold-plated steel with a pale sunray dial, the other in polished steel with a star-speckled deep blue aventurine dial.
Both have an inverted figure of 8 cut out in their dials that expose the balance wheel and gears of their movements.
Both have bezels set with 60 lab-grown diamonds.
The 36mm watches use Soprod P024 automatic movements with their crowns positioned at 4 o’clock.
The dressy watches are worn on satin straps that have two chips embedded in them. One of the chips stores a business card, the other transmits a link to a a mobile phone that goes straight to the BA111OD boutique.
Remarkably, for such sophisticated, richly decorated watches, they are priced at £1,210 (around $1,300) for the Lunar model and £1,120 (around $1,200) for the Solar model.
