Elliot Brown unveils special edition for next year’s 80th anniversary of D-Day

A special edition of its Beachmaster timekeeper has been made in collaboration with the Spirit of Normandy Trust (SONT), an organization created to support veterans of the military campaign.

June 6, 2024, will be the 80th anniversary of the Normandy Landings in World War II, also known as D-Day.

Ahead of that landmark anniversary, British watchmaker Elliot Brown has created a special edition of its Beachmaster timekeeper in collaboration with the Spirit of Normandy Trust (SONT), an organization created to support veterans of the military campaign, and more recently focused on educating current generations on the significance of that historic campaign.

Beachmaster’s patented mission timer was conceived around the D-Day landings, making it the perfect watch to mark the 80th anniversary with a limited edition of just 80 pieces.

Each watch is sold with a commemorative coin, a limited edition print by military artist and SONT friend, Indigo Zulu Ink, a special commemorative book with forewords from SONT Patron, Lord Dannatt, SONT Chairman, vignettes from some of the Veterans and a special poem by SONT friend and supporter, Rob Aitchison.

The owners of the watch will be entered into a money can’t buy VIP dinner that will take place in the UK to celebrate the 80th anniversary of D-Day.

Orders are being taken now until November 6 for the £2,490 (around $2,600) watches that will be delivered in July next year.
