Watches and Wonders is giving visitors almost ninemonths to make travel arrangements for Geneva by announcing the dates of next year’s event.
The fair will take place a little later than usual, from April 9 to 15 in Geneva’s Palexpo exhibition center.
The first four days will be reserved for trade visitors, with the public invited to book tickets (which sold out well in advance of this year’s show) for April 13, 14 and 15.
There is not yet an exhibitor list for the 2024 edition, but the event is expected to expand with Breitling, Bremont and Norqain added to last year’s participants, which were A. Lange & Söhne, Alpina Watches, Angelus, Arnold & Son, Baume & Mercier, Beauregard, Bell & Ross, Cartier, Chanel, Charles Zuber, Charriol, Chopard, Chronoswiss, Cyrus Genève, Czapek & Cie, Ferdinand Berthoud, Frederique Constant, Grand Seiko, Grönefeld, Hautlence, Hermès, Hublot, Hysek, IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger-Lecoultre, Laurent Ferrier, Louis Moinet, Montblanc, Oris, Panerai, Parmigiani Fleurier, Patek Philippe, Pequignet, Piaget, Rebellion Timepieces, Ressence, Roger Dubuis, Rolex, Rudis Sylva, Speake-Marin, TAG Heuer, Trilobe, Tudor, U-Boat, Ulysse Nardin, Vacheron Constantin, Van Cleef & Arpels and Zenith.
Organizer, the Watches and Wonders Foundation, is also encouraging additional events across the city of Geneva including an evening celebration on Thursday April 11.
This year there was a cluster of watch brands presenting from hotel suites along the banks of Lake Geneva, plus events within retail boutiques along and around Rue du Rhone.
“The aim is to get the people of Geneva and local players even more involved in this major watchmaking event,” the organizer says.
