Certina’s range of sporty dive watches is continuing to expand and improve with the introduction this month of a new black on black DS Action Diver.
The watch is water resistant to 300 metres, and comes in a black PVD-coated steel case black fabric strap, black dial and black ceramic divers’ bezel.
Its NATO-look black fabric strap is made from plastic recovered from the sea by Swiss manufacturer #tide.
The 43mm watch houses a Powermatic 80 automatic movement with 80 hour power reserve and a Nivachron hairspring that is impervious to magnetic fields.
Certina is not active in the United States but the watch can be bought online for around $950.
