Venezianico ended 2024 with €11 million in revenue

Marking exceptional growth and innovation, the brand has become a dynamic force in watchmaking

Venezianico, the Italian watch brand founded by the Morelli brothers, has announced it ended 2024 with an impressive €11 million in revenue.

With revenue more than tripling in just two years and a remarkable growth rate of +47% in 2024, the brand continues to push the boundaries of traditional watchmaking, combining Venetian heritage with cutting-edge design and innovation.

Since its founding in 2017, Venezianico has rapidly established itself as a key player in the competitive world of horology, and 2024 has been a milestone year – highlighted by the launch of the Venezianico Atelier in the historic Palazzo Baradel in San Donà di Piave, the Morelli brothers’ hometown.

This new atelier serves as a bridge between the past and the future, where the rich history of Venetian craftsmanship inspires modern design, fueling the brand’s forward-thinking ethos.

2024 also saw the launch of several highly anticipated models that pay homage to Venice’s cultural and artistic heritage.

The Historia Temporis brings to life the design of a 17th-century Venetian osella coin, while the Redentore Bellanotte features an elegant dial made of aventurine, mother-of-pearl, and brass, drawing inspiration from Venice’s beloved Festa del Redentore.

Both models earned nominations at the prestigious Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG), further solidifying Venezianico’s position in the high-end watchmaking world.

The brand also launched the Bucintoro 1969, a limited edition of just 69 pieces, celebrating the 1969 lunar missions. Featuring meticulously restored Lemania 1873 chronograph movements, the model sold out in just eight minutes at €4,500 each, underscoring the demand for Venezianico’s exclusive offerings.

In a show of innovation last year, the Arsenale Ultrablack was launched as the brand’s most cutting-edge timepiece to date. With an ultra-thin case and a dial coated in Musou Black – the blackest paint in the world, absorbing 99.4% of light – this model represents the intersection of minimalist design and new technology.

On the international front, Venezianico saw significant growth across key markets, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and several emerging countries such as Mexico, Japan, and Turkey.

CEO Alberto Morelli commented on the brand’s international success: “Our journey reflects a shared commitment to bringing Venetian art and tradition beyond borders, while never ceasing to innovate.”

Looking ahead, Venezianico is preparing for the launch of the Caliber V5000, a movement developed in collaboration with OISA 1937. This limited-edition release of just 100 pieces is set to elevate the brand’s portfolio and meet the growing expectations of its discerning collectors. “This project marks a significant step in our evolution toward high-end timepieces, and is both a technical and creative challenge for us,” said Morelli.

As the brand moves into 2025, Venezianico remains focused on continuing its journey of innovation and growth. “2024 was a year of tangible achievements, but it is only part of a larger mosaic,” Morelli concluded. “Venezianico is not just about telling a story; it’s about living that story every day. Our mission is to keep dreaming and creating while honoring the essence of Venice in each timepiece.”
