Orient Star has unveiled four fresh models in its growing Modern Skeleton collection.
The new pieces bring a range of coordinated colours to the line-up that offers an entry into the world of skeleton watches at an affordable price.
Orient Star launched the Modern Skeleton in 2014 and the new watches are part of the 10th anniversary celebrations.
There is also a new M34 F7 Semi Skeleton, with mother-of-pearl dial.
In previous Modern Skeleton models, dials were set in contrast to the case, while in the new watches the colors are designed to complement one another.
There are four new dial colors: silver; ivory; champagne; and black.
The silver dial is matched with a stainless steel bezel and case to give a sleek monotone look.
The champagne dial is matched with a steel bezel and a yellow gold coloured bezel.
The ivory dial goes with a steel case and a pink gold colored bezel.
Then the final model is a stealthy all-back watch, which is to be sold in a limited edition of 600 pieces.
The movement, visible through that partially skeletonized dial and through the open caseback, is the automatic F6F44 with a power reserve of 50 hours.
Orient Star was formed in Japan in 1951 and has been part of the larger Seiko family since 2017.
The watches in the M Collection have a 41mm stainless-steel case, water-resistant to 100m. They come on a 21mm steel bracelet with deployant buckle and prices start at around $800.
M34 F7 Semi Skeleton has a 40mm case, also water-resistant to 100m, and it retails for just over $1,000.
