Two G-Shock DW-5600 watches are now available to pre order in Japan, both watches featuring the iconic art work of Hokusai.
Both the watches feature the artist’s Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji series of prints depicting the iconic mountain. The DW-5600KHK24-1 depicts ‘The Great Wave off Kanagawa’, created in 1831. The DW-5600KHG24-1 features the ‘Fine Wind, Clear Morning’ print from 1832.
The watches are inspired by their Japanese culture, being made in Japan, featuring one of Japan’s most iconic artists prints and the LED backlight also features a red image of the Kanji character.
Along with this both watches come with collectors box also featuring the prints of Hokusai.
Both models are made of resin, measuring length x width x height of the contemporary DW-5600 line (48.9mm x 42.8mm x 13.4mm).
The timepieces come with reliable features such as, they are shock-resistant, water-resistant to 200 meters, and equipped with a suite of timers, stopwatches, and regular digital timekeeping functions.
Only available in Japan at approximately $112 USD each.
