Dior Grand Bal Brodérie Florale

Dior does florals for spring. Groundbreaking?

The delicate blooms of the Dior Grand Bal Brodérie Florale welcome the new season

It might not break any molds in terms of unpredictability, but the signs of spring are certainly welcome via Dior’s new Grand Bal Brodérie Florale watch.

Created as part of the Dior Grand Bal collection which was first introduced in 2012, the new model pays tribute to Christian Dior’s love for grand balls and haute couture.

For 2025, Dior reinterprets the Grand Bal Broderie Florale in a darker, bolder palette. The black dial contrasts beautifully with intricate floral elements, celebrating Monsieur Dior’s passion for flowers.

Limited to just 38 pieces, the 36mm stainless steel case boasts a bezel set with 71 round-cut diamonds (0.71ct) and a black mother-of-pearl ring, encircling the black dial which is detailed with four floral motifs and a single round-cut diamond (0.01 ct).

This is encased by anti-reflective sapphire crystal for perfect visibility, while the milky sapphire case back reveals a silver and rose gold floral metallization.

Beneath this lies the Dior Inversé 11 1/2 automatic movement which features an oscillating weight displayed on the dial side, mimicking the motion of a twirling gown. Crafted from white gold and platinum, it’s adorned with diamonds and pink sapphires.

Water-resistant up to 30 meters, the timepiece is complete with an elegant black satin strap.
