Longines has launched a special edition of its Conquest Heritage model to celebrate the new year of the Snake.
Chinese artist Wu Jian’an was invited to design the limited edition watch, which features a mystical snake holding a Lingzhi mushroom in its mouth, intricately engraved on the caseback.
The watch is only limited to 2 025 pieces. The Conquest Heritage Year of the Snake features a 40 mm stainless steel case with the vibrant sunray gradient red domed dial, paired with gilt hands and indexes.
The watch is powered by the Longines L888.5 calibre, equipped with a silicon balance-spring and innovative components that ensure a magnetic resistance ten times greater than the ISO 764 reference standard.
The watch, priced at £2,800, comes with a black leather strap that features snake-like details on it.
