Favre Leuba, a 287-year-old watchmaker that was relaunched this year, reintroduces the Sea Sky – a unique timepiece that combines the functionality of a diver’s watch with that of a chronograph.
The timepieces are powered by the FLC01, a self-winding chronograph caliber with a column wheel mechanism and a tri-compax configuration.
The decorated caliber is meticulously executed with refined details, with the black version offering a subtle matte finish, while the brown and blue dials feature a sunray finish.
The 40mm Sea Sky watches are paired with smooth leather straps.
The updated Sea Sky watches swap the acrylic crystal that was found on original timepieces with a double-domed sapphire crystal glass with an anti-reflective coating.
Features include a decorated 4N rotor visible through a sapphire crystal exhibition caseback, sleek ceramic unidirectional bezels, and impressive 100-meter water resistance.
Costing around €4,600, all watches are available in black, brown, or blue.
