Great guns: Micromilspec channels Glock pistol

Military specialist unveils customisable Monogram with pistol-grip dial

Micromilspec has unveiled a new watch with a dial pattern inspired by the grip on a Glock pistol.

This is a nod to the weapon that the military specialist calls the “tool of last resort” for operators in the field.

The Monogram, as the name suggests, was made to allow customers to personalise each watch with monograms, initials or family insignia on the dial.

“The Monogram builds on our commitment to personal watchmaking, grounded in the same principles that guide our professional projects – where custom means personal,” said Henrik Rye, CEO of Micromilspec.

Each piece is made to order, and will only be on sale until 31st December.

The Monogram is powered by a Sellita automatic movement, adjusted by Micromilspec and fitted with a custom rotor.

The 42mm steel case is fitted with a screw-in crown and offers a strong 200m of water resistance.

The watch can be chosen with either a black or a white dial, along with strap options of leather, rubber or fabric, or a stainless steel bracelet.

The Monograph comes with a five-year international warranty.

The Micromilspec Monograph costs from £1275 on a fabric strap, topping out at £1375 on the steel bracelet.
