Junghans brings summer sun to Form A Chronoscope

Latest minimalist chronograph mixes bright yellow and matte black.

Junghans has brought out a new version of the Form A Chronoscope that is fit for the summer sun.

The watch contrasts moody matte black with bright yellow accents.

The Form A Chronoscope is Junghans’s classic-meets-modern three subdial chronograph.

It features a date window at 3 o’clock and hands and accents in luminous yellow for extra visibility.

The 42mm PVD-coated stainless-steel case is water-resistant to 50m.

It is powered by an automatic movement with a 48-hour power reserve.

The chronograph movement can be used to time events up to 12 hours in length.

At the beginning of the 20th century, Junghans was the biggest clock maker in the world.

In the middle of the century, the German company became best known for the watches produced in partnership with Switzerland’s pioneering Bauhaus designer Max Bill.

The Form A Chronoscope is available with a leather strap in either yellow or black, with a PVD-coated stainless-steel buckle.

Price: $1,990.00. junghans.de
