Henne Jewelers has completed a full-store renovation and expansion, ushering in a new era for the fourth-generation, family-owned store located in the heart of Pittsburgh, PA.
The project, which began in 2022, features a two-story open entryway, an expanded sales floor more than doubling its size, a second-floor bridal suite, an elevator, private selling rooms, and modern high-end finishes – just to name a few.
The first-floor showroom is highlighted by 1,100 square feet dedicated to Rolex, with a window where customers can get a sneak peek at Henne’s certified watchmaker conducting repairs onsite in the store’s Rolex Authorized Service Center.
With the expansion project in its final stages, owner John Henne reflected on the process and his pride in the finished product.
“So many customers and colleagues have commented on the store’s luxurious feel, but also that it still feels warm and inviting,” he says.
“My family’s business has been a staple in the Pittsburgh region since 1887, and this expansion marks the beginning of a new chapter for us. The expansion elevates the luxurious experience we can offer our customers. For our watch aficionados, they will enjoy shopping luxury brands such as Tudor, Grand Seiko, Montblanc, Tag Heuer, and Nomos Glashütte, among others.”
In June 2024, Henne will become a Rolex Certified Pre-Owned jeweler, further expanding the store’s ability to provide the most comprehensive retail and service experience to its customers.”
