Ares Watch Co., a specialist in American-made operational Mission Timers, has announced an official licensing partnership with SIG SAUER through to 2027.
This collaboration brings together two precision-driven brands to create a collection of limited-edition tactical watches inspired by the M17 and M18 Modular Handgun Systems, used by every branch of the U.S. military.
The first release, the M17-DIVER-1, is based on Ares’ rugged Diver model. It features 316L stainless steel case components, a reliable Ronda 715Li Swiss movement, and a C3 Super LumiNova dial tested to an impressive 1250 meters of water resistance. Built to endure the harshest environments, it’s a professional-grade tool watch designed for operational use.
Next in the series is the M18-FIELD-1, modeled on Ares’ signature Field watch. It’s powered by a 5-jewel Ronda 715 Swiss movement housed in a 316L stainless steel case finished with military-grade M-18 CERAKOTE. The timepiece also boasts a domed sapphire crystal with AR coating, a brass dial, and bold Super LumiNova C3 markers for flawless readability in low light.
Both models come packaged in a hand-painted, serialised “grenade can” case, complete with a custom VS-17A watch roll.
Ares founder Matt Graham, a former CIA officer and Federal Air Marshal, says this partnership continues his lifelong connection with SIG SAUER and a shared dedication to U.S. craftsmanship and operational excellence.
The watches are now available exclusively at areswatches.com.
