Bulova celebrates 150th anniversary with Rubaiyat “Winter” and “Spring” timepieces

Inspired by the beauty of the changing seasons

To mark its 150th anniversary, Bulova has unveiled two new additions to the Rubaiyat collection: the Rubaiyat “Winter” and Rubaiyat “Spring”, both of which are inspired by the changing seasons.

Originally launched in 1917, the Rubaiyat collection was the brand’s first series of women’s timepieces and has long been celebrated for its timelessness, sophisticated craftsmanship and artistic femininity.

The Rubaiyat “Winter” evokes the frost of the season with 42 white sapphires, totaling 0.25 carats, encircling the halo case and synthetic spinel cabochon crown.

The white mother-of-pearl dial recalls freshly fallen snow, while icicle-shaped faceted markers and a glossy white alligator-grain strap offer sleek finishing touches.

Elsewhere, the Rubaiyat “Spring” captures the season’s blossom with 42 pink sapphires (0.25 carats), surrounding the halo case and synthetic spinel cabochon crown.

The unique pink quartzite dial is decorated with floral-shaped faceted markers, and it fastens with a coordinating pink alligator-grain leather strap.

Measuring 34mm, both feature anti-reflective sapphire crystal and come with a storybook, speaking to true collectors.

The Rubaiyat “Winter” is priced at £649, while the Rubaiyat “Spring” retails at £849.
