The issue of WatchPro guest edited by Bremont founders Nick and Giles English has now hit subscribers’ doormats.
The print magazine of the January issue of WatchPro edited by the English brothers is out now and for those readers who prefer to read online the digital version is available to read online by clicking here.
As guest editors the English brothers set the agenda for the first issue of 2013 and chose to focus on a wide range of issues including the history of British watchmaking, the benefits for retailers of investing in extra straps, whether the watch industry’s obsession with designing watches for Asia is leaving Europe with less choice, and how watch sales in the UK are spread geographically in terms of spend and style choice.
This is the first time that WatchPro has worked with guest editors but it is set to become an annual tradition, with the first magazine of each year to be taken over by an editor or editors from within the watch trade.
WatchPro is the only trade magazine dedicated solely to reporting on the British watch business. The magazine is free to subscribe to for members of the UK watch trade.
