The combination of Omega, the Olympics and Michael Phelps has helped the brand close the gap on Rolex in the race to be the most recognisable and respected name in the watch industry.

Omega launched several watches to celebrate its sponsorship of the Rio Games, including commemorative edition watches: The Speedmaster Mark II, the Seamaster Bullhead and the Seamaster Diver 300M.
