Employees at one of America’s largest fashion and watch groups are being encouraged to support local communities and make a positive impact.
The watchmaker runs a campaign, #MakeTimeForGood, designed to enable its employees to enhance communities, empower others and make an impact.
The group’s network of staff lifted the lid on the campaign in a Fossil video, which can be found below.
The group, which looks to promote sustainable practices, was recently found to have a gender pay gap of only 9.1% in the UK, much lower than the average of 19%.
