This A. Lange & Söhne Tourbograph Pour le Mérite No 35/51 platinum stunner sold for HKD $2.67 million (£225,000) at Antiquorum’s Important Modern and Vintage Timepieces auction, which was held on Saturday June 22 at the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong.
This platinum Tourbograph Pour le Mérite No 35/51, split-seconds chronograph, with one-minute tourbillon regulator, was made as a limited edition of 51 pieces in 2007. As well as its visible one-minute tourbillon regulator, the wristwatch has a 36-hour power reserve and platinum
A Lange & Söhne deployment clasp. The timepiece was sold with a fitted box, guarantee, instruction booklet, Tourbograph book and magnifying graph.
