Tudor launches Midnight Blue Heritage Black Bay

Tudor has unveiled a crisp new take on its Heritage Black Bay watch for 2014.

First launched in 2012 with a warm red bezel and carefully selected vintage design cues, the Heritage Black Bay was an immediate success and last year took the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève’s Revival prize among others.

New for 2014 and launched at BaselWorld today, the new version uses an elegant Midnight Blue bezel and colour-co-ordinated anodized aluminium crown tube. It still uses design references such as the domed dial taken from Tudor’s first diver’s watch, the 1954 Submariner reference 7922. The prominent crown is a feature that appeared on the 1958 Ref. 7924.
