The Jewellery Show London to run watch focus


New trade show The Jewellery Show London is planning to dedicate a section of the 2013 exhibition to watches.

A section of the show, which will be held at Somerset House on June 12 and 13, will be branded as The Watch Salon.

Organiser 121 Events has said that as well as creating a dedicated area for watch brands it will also create a seminar programme aimed at watch retailers.

Watch suppliers signed up to exhibit at The Watch Salon so far are Bering Tim, Jorg Gray, Kennett and Since 1853.

Bering Time UK director Henrik Leth Moller said: “This focus on watches is a very welcome development for The Jewellery Show London and Somerset House is a superb location to showcase watch brands. We look forward to welcoming retailers in this sector who are sure to be attracted by the world-class content within the Watch Salon. “
