Tendence consumer fair introduces watch area

Tendence consumer-goods fair is introducing a watch-dedicated area, called Time Square.

Tendence is an international consumer-goods fair that focuses on home and giving, which takes place in Frankfurt from August 24 to 27.

This year, Hall 9.3 at the event will be for trend and design-oriented watches and among those presenting their latest collections will be A.B.ART, Aristo Vollmer, Rolf Cremer, Dimacci, Filius Zeitdesign, Fashiontime, Ikki Fashion, Tense Wood Watch and Unique Time.

The organisers said the addition of a watch dedicated area will benefit both buyers and exhibitors, especially for consumer Christmas buying and spring/summer 2014 bulk buying.

Tendence director giving Yvonne Engelmann said: “Watches are becoming increasingly important as a supplementary assortment. Hence, a special area is not only of interest to traditional jewellery buyers but also for trade visitors from lifestyle and design businesses, fashion boutiques and interior and furnishing stores."
