SIHH 2017 PREVIEW: Jaeger-LeCoultre updates Rendez-Vous collection

Jaeger-LeCoultre is updating its Rendez-Vous collection of women’s timepieces that it first launched in 2012.

The 2017 models have been given the option of a moon phase indicator along with a new chiming reminder function.

A medium version is housed in a 34mm gold case, while a larger version is 38.2mm across. The Moon edition comes in either 32mm or 36mm versions.

The entire Rendez-Vous Night & Day collection uses a playful palette of colours in the various models including blush pink straps, powder blue and a rich night sky blue; all in conjunction with yellow and rose gold or steel watch cases.

The Rendez-Vous Night & Day Large enables women to change their different coloured watch straps or buckles without specialist tools. In fact, the whole range picks up the personalisation trend by offering myriad options including bezels studded with diamonds.

Only the Sonatina version has the new chime function, which sounds at an appointed hour that is marked with a tiny star on the dial.
