Executive Vice President of Signet Jewelers, Bill Luth and President of Citizen Watch America, Jeffrey Cohen are to be the guests of honor at a Jewelers for Children charity event.
Jewelers for Children will hold the 20th Anniversary Facets of Hope event on Sunday, June 3, 2018 at the Mandalay Bay Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, NV.
The event will acknowledge and celebrate the charitable efforts of Jewelers for Children (JFC), as well as updates and testimonials on cases the charity has handled. The updates will focus on the children and how the charity has changed their lives.
In 2017, nearly 1,750 industry guests attended during the Las Vegas market events. In 2016, nearly 3,850 companies have stepped up to become part of the industry’s charity.
Both Mr Cohen and Mr Luth have agreed to serve as guests of honor at the event with the responsibility of assisting JFC in raising funds.
“What an accomplishment and what a special celebration this Facets of Hope will be for Jewelers for Children,” said Pamela Mortensen, JFC Board chair. “Jeffrey and Bill are the perfect honorees for us as we mark this important milestone for the industry and the support of children in need.”
Jewelers for Children was founded in 1999 by the U.S. jewelry industry with the goal of helping children in need. Since its creation, JFC has raised more than $53 million for programs benefiting children whose lives have been affected by illness, abuse or neglect.
