Seiko supports retail partners with UK web launch


Seiko has lifted the curtain on a UK website that guides consumers to their closest retailer.

The slick UK website,, is based on the design of the global Seiko site and features bold brand visuals, interactive links and immediate access for Seiko customers to in-depth brand information.

To make navigation around the site as quick and as easy as possible, four distinct sections have been created. The Collection section is a simple drop-down menu that allows access to the complete UK watch selection; Discover Seiko allows consumers to find out more about Seiko’s history, technology, sponsorships and other brands in the Seiko UK portfolio. Meanwhile, Where to Buy takes the customer to their nearest UK stockist, while Customer Service has been improved to add definitive support for sales and after-sales service.

Additional features include social media links and access to Seiko TV, a dedicated channel showcasing the latest TV spots and behind-the-scenes footage.

Speaking about the launch, Seiko UK marketing manager Kirsten Crisford said: "Our website is one of our key communication tools with customers so it is vital that we are telling the right story about the brand and sending customers straight to our retailer partners. We expect our huge investment in advertising in the lead up to Christmas will increase traffic to our site and we want our visitors to find what they are looking for, and perhaps learn a bit more about the Seiko brand."
