SalonQP, the watch show due to take place at the Saatchi Gallery in November, has announced some of the highlights expected at the show including timepieces from Jaeger-LeCoultre, Harry Winston and TAG Heuer.
The show has said that a number of timepieces will be must-sees during the three-day show, including the Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Sphérotourbillon, which won praise at SIHH, a model that SalonQP has said “is sure to draw crowds”.
The Sphérotourbillon is part of the brand’s Duomètre line and has a “dual-wing” design that uses two separate power sources – one for timekeeping and one to regulate the watch.
The Mikrotourbillon S by TAG Heuer will also have its UK debut at the show. The timepiece set a new record for a mechanical chronograph that combines the precision of 1/100th of a second with a tourbillion for “the ultimate accuracy”.
Urwerk will show off its UR-210, inspired by the Apollo Space programme and Duchamp among other sources, though its full details are under strict embargo until its show launch.
Finally head to the Harry Winston stand to get a look at the Opus 12 timepiece, created through a collaboration with Emmanuel Bouchet.
The show takes place from November 8 to 10.
