RGM Watch Company has made its first watch with a bi-directional-turning bezel and GMT hand telling the time in a second time zone.
Named the Model 500-GMT-RS, the watch is designed as a sport watch that is also ideal for traveling the world.
The 41mm steel case houses a RGM-ETA 2893-2 – Swiss made GMT automatic movement.
It is designed to survive an active life with two case-back gaskets, 2mm thick sapphire crystal, and a screw-down crown making it waterproof to 100 meters.
The RS in the name refers to Richard Sachs, a bicycle frame maker who shares a passion for handcrafted products with RGM’s trained watchmaker and owner Roland Murphy.
The unique Richard Sachs logo is incorporated into the 24-Hour GMT hand, and the case-back engraving.
RGM’s Model 500-GMT-RS is limited to 50 pieces and is on sale for $4,750 with a rubber and leather strap.
