Midlands retailer Rudells has launched a smartphone app that takes users inside its watch workshop.
The app takes users through its catalogue of watches and details of the store’s launches and events. It also has share functions to allow users to post links to the Rudells website through social media such as Facebook and Twitter and a wish list function.
Watch brands featured in the app, which has been spearheaded by Rudells website manager Mel Ricks, include Breitling, Bremont, Cartier, Chopard, Ebel, Patek Philippe, Gucci, Hublot, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre and Omega, as well as Rudell’s own brand of watches, which range in price from £127.50 to £7,950.
Users can also see pictures from Rudell’s watch workshop and learn more about the servicing that it offers.
A statement from Rudells said: "Mel Ricks has worked tirelessly on this project over the last few months, to ensure that we produced an app that is informative, enticing and simple to use. Never before has it been so easy to browse through Rudells inspiring portfolio."
