Mühle Glashütte updates its family of sailing pieces with a new movement

Mühle Glashütte has updated its line of minimalist sailing watches with pieces housing a movement with a complex date function.

The 29er Tag/Datum expands on the 29er family. It is a 42mm watch housed in brushed steel with central hours and minutes, date window at 3 o’clock and the new day/date window at 9 o’clock.

It uses the SW 220-1 automatic movement by Mühle that has 38 hours of power.

The dial is colored in anthracite with a metallic sand-coloured flange and minimalist hour indicators. The central hands also sport this metal finish, along with a red seconds hand.

The 10-bar resistant timepiece comes with either a fabric strap or a metal bracelet.
