Luminox opens first US store front in New York as brand turns 30

Luminox has celebrated the brand’s 30th Anniversary with the opening of its first US store front in New York.

The store opened to the public on Thursday, September 26, and will be consumers first opportunity to buy timepieces directly from the brand at a retail location, as opposed to through wholesale partners.

The opening saw guests greeted with toasts by International Group CEO, Niels Moller, global brand manager, Martin Grossenbacher, and US CEO of Luminox, Lluis Sole.

Additional treats included beer by Peroni and Blue Moon, light bites, and music by DJ Church.

Located at 430 West Broadway, the shop will feature Luminox’s entire product range, showcased by the brands custom fixtures, which feature animated product knowledge clips highlighting the watches notable aspects.

The space also houses a coffee bar by Bleu Coffee and a lounge area, with the goal of creating an environment that fosters community and an opportunity for consumers to connect with other watch and outdoor enthusiasts.

Meanwhile the upcoming Commando Frogman 3300 Series and the Limited Edition Jolly Roger 3800 Series will be exclusively available at the pop-up shop until they launch online in the United States later this fall

Revo Eyewear has also partnered with the brand to bring a selection of performance eyewear to the store, offering customers a variety of durable accessories.

The pop up is slated to be open for the remainder of 2019, offering a range of programming in the space, in addition to regular sales.
