Kronaby is the latest brand to join the smartwatch revolution, with the launch of its first range of connected watches in Europe.

The Connected Watch collection features four models that, when paired with a smartphone, offer a battery life of up to two years, making charging obsolete.

Developed in-house by engineers in Sweden, the collection combines traditional hands and dials with smart functions, including ‘Find Phone’, a pusher trigger which reveals a lost phone’s whereabouts; ‘Walk Me Home’, a button that sends a signal to a loved one, letting them follow the user’s steps; and a built-in camera remote.

Kronaby co-founder Sarandis Kalogeropulos commented: “Kronaby is most importantly an authentic timepiece, and with our technology on the inside it can do more than time keeping.

“The watch is developed around the concept of  human technology – we want to bring back the experience of truly living in one moment, focusing on the here and now and let people experience more in life. Taking the connected watch into the future and making technology work for people.”

The collection consists of the following models, each with their own characteristics.

Inspired by classic sports cars’ speedometers and naval gauges, this watch features ‘Super-LumiNova’ hands and dial numbers for easy readability. It has a case size of 43mm and comes in five different variants with 22mm bracelets in stainless steel or leather.

A homage to the art of traditional watchmaking, Kronaby’s SEKEL is designed to epitomize the age-old qualities of genuine craftsmanship and analogue precision. It has a case size of 43mm and comes in nine different variants with 22mm and 18mm bracelets in stainless steel or leather.

Pared down to the bare minimum, Kronaby’s NORD is refined, with a nod to Kronaby’s Nordic heritage. Key details include a matte finish dial and a case that combines stainless steel with double-domed, anti-reflective sapphire crystal. The case size is 38mm and the watch comes in four variants with 18mm bracelets in stainless steel, solid links/mesh or leather.

This timepiece expresses Scandinavian refinement and elegance and is made of carefully selected premium materials and finishes that Kronaby has chosen to match an effortless sense of style. The case size is 38mm and the model comes in six different variants with 18mm bracelets in stainless steel, solid links/mesh or leather.

The connected collection is now available in selected retailers in the UK, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
