Kennett launches interactive phone and tablet app


Kennett Watches has launched a new watch app, designed to be compatible with Apple and Android phones and tablet devices.

The new app has been created in partnership with Scotland’s Connect 5 Media. It allows users to interact with the Kennett brand, offering them the chance to shop online using PayPal and find stockists using a GPS map navigation tool.

The app also features an ambassador section, with news and information about them, as well as its blog and integrated Facebook and Twitter tools that allow users to share stories online immediately.


The app will also include links to Kennett’s YouTube page and a dedicated fan wall where users can post photos of them and their watches and share comments and information.

Tom Kennett, Kennett Watches founder, said: “We all know that mobile shopping and browsing is on the rise – whether that be via smartphones or tablet devices.

“With our first generation app; we provide a platform for consumers around the world to interact with our brand via their iPhone, iPad or Android device. Whilst our app is in its simplest form at the moment; we have many new interactive features to add over the coming months, such as augmented reality tools.”

Kennett added that the brand will launch a number of new models in the next six months.
