Jorg Gray achieved a 102% year-on-year uplift in UK sales last year.
As well as doubling sales in 2013, Jorg Gray also doubled its number of UK stockists within 12 months.
The American watch brand described the UK’s performance in 2013 as a "sharp rise in its continued growing success story".
Jorg Gray is distributed in the UK by Stormbrand, which has credited the brand’s success to an increased marketing push and the development of new watch collections.
In 2013 the brand hired a marketing and PR company with a specialised social media department and ran a series of TV adverts in the UK in run-up to Christmas, which it said proved so successful that it will repeat the strategy in the fourth quarter of 2014.
Stormbrand chief operating officer Claire Perkins said: "We are absolutely thrilled with these figures. Despite the continued austerity mindset of the UK consumer, our stockists increased their sales, which shows that all the hard work we put into marketing the brand name and collection in 2013 has worked.
“Trading for 2013 is double what it was the same time last year. We put this down to the great selection of watches that we offer, which represent extremely good value, quality and design. 2014 is going to be an exciting year for us.”
Jorg Gray is set to exhibit at two key exhibitions in the coming months, Inhorgenta in Munich and the London Watch Show in July.
