IWC has worked with Facebook’s Messenger team and Creative Shop to create an app that lets customers visit a virtual boutique and chat with a virtual advisor through a Chatbot app.
The watchmaker is promising to give customers using the app advanced news of new watches.
They can also book appointments to book appointments at one of 10 IWC boutiques around the world, contact a concierge or directly buy watches online.
